Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 16 August 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Nestcon Infra Sdn. Bhd. ("Defendant"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has filed its defence on 30 August 2024 and Plaintiff replied on 13 September 2024. In the e-review on 23 October 2024, the Court has given directions for Defendant and Plaintiff to prepare and file in Pre-Trial Documents such as a bundle of pleading, a bundle of proof documents, a list of witnesses, agreed facts, a case chronology and a case summary. The Company’s solicitor affirmed on 28 November 2024 that the case management is fixed on 23 December 2024.

We will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
