SPECIAL ISSUE OF UP TO 73,550,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SUNVIEW TO BUMIPUTERA INVESTORS TO BE IDENTIFIED AND/OR APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF INVESTMENT, TRADE AND INDUSTRY ("SPECIAL ISSUE")

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that the second (2nd) and final tranche of the Special Issue has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 48,000,000 Special Issue Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.

In addition, AIS had on behalf of the Company sought the SC’s concurrence to deem Sunview as having complied with the Bumiputera Equity Condition today.
