Pursuant to Rules 9.03 and 9.04 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunview, had on 20 September 2024 accepted banking facilities of RM30,000,000.00 ("Facilities”) offered by Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad.
