SPECIAL ISSUE OF UP TO 73,550,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SUNVIEW TO BUMIPUTERA INVESTORS TO BE IDENTIFIED AND/OR APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF INVESTMENT, TRADE AND INDUSTRY ("SPECIAL ISSUE")

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 September 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second (2nd) and final tranche of the Special Issue Shares at RM0.4624 per Special Issue Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0070 or approximately 1.50% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Sunview Shares up to and including 11 September 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.4694 per Sunview Share.
