(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the announcement made on 7 June 2024 (“Announcement”) unless stated otherwise.)

Further to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 September 2024 entered into an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contract (“EPCC Contract”) for the Project with Cenergi Solar Kuala Ketil Sdn. Bhd.

All the terms and conditions outlined in the LOA remains unchanged and the EPCC Contract supersedes the LOA.
