Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Infraharta Holdings Berhad ("IHB" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of the Company held on 29 August 2024, the shareholders of the Company had approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 17th AGM dated 31 July 2024.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.

The details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
