Ecoscience International Berhad ("EIB" or the "Company") - Collaboration Agreement ("CA") between Ecoscience Manufacturing & Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("EMESB") and Maatschappij Wilhelmina N.V. ("Wilhelmina") for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") of a TG2 Black Pellet Plant in Kuantan, Pahang

We refer to our announcements dated 19 March 2024 and 28 May 2024 in relation to the CA entered into between EMESB and Wilhelmina for the EPC of a TG2 Black Pellet Plant. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development on the status of the CA entered into between EMESB and Wilhemina.
