Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 July 2024 in relation to the application for an extension of time to implement the Special Issue.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 8 August 2024, resolved to grant Sunview an extension of time until 30 September 2024 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Special Issue.
