Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 2 January 2024 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“First Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the First Announcement.
 
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the approval for the Private Placement dated 31 January 2024 will lapse after today. To-date, the Company has placed out 15,000,000 Placement Shares at an issue price of RM0.145 per Placement Share in 1 tranche under the Private Placement. Notwithstanding the above, the Company has decided not to place out the remaining Placement Shares and as such, the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
