We refer to our announcements dated 5 January 2024, 9 January 2024, 8 February 2024, 27 February 2024, 1 March 2024, 15 March 2024, 18 March 2024, 25 March 2024, 5 April 2024, 19 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 14 May 2024, 31 May 2024 and 4 June 2024 in respect of the above Suit. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements.

The Board of the Company wishes to inform that the Summary Judgment application is fixed for Hearing on 19 September 2024 via Zoom. The Court also fixed the Case Management in respect of the Writ of Summons on the same date.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
