(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the announcement made on 18 June 2024 (“Announcement”) unless stated otherwise.)

Further to the Company's Announcement, the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Agreement:

1. The expected date of issuance of the final certificate.

The expected date of issuance of the final certificate shall not be later than six (6) months from the issuance of the Certificate of Making Good Defects for the PVPP Works after fulfilling the conditions below:

a) all other obligations of the Contractor arising under the Agreement have been performed and thereby discharged in accordance with the terms of the Agreement;

b) the Certificate of Making Good Defects for both the PVPP Plant and PVP Works have been issued by the Employer’s representative to the Contractor;

c) all documents to be provided under the Agreement by the Contractor have been delivered to the Employer; and

d) the Contractor has paid all payment due and payable to its contractor and/or to the Employer, if any; and

e) all remaining guarantees and warranties directly from the Contractor’s manufacturers, suppliers and sub-suppliers has been transferred in favour of the Employer.

The expected date of issuance of the Certificate of Making Good Defects is within 24 months from the completion of PVPP Works.
