(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the announcement made on 13 June 2024 (“Announcement”) unless stated otherwise.)

Further to the Company's Announcement, the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Agreement:

1. The details of the power purchase agreement including the purchase price/rate.

The Development and Cooperation Agreement serves as a preliminary platform to set out the Parties’ intentions and mutual understanding in connection with the award of Projects to Fabulous Sunview by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to outline the roles of the respective Parties in connection with the Project prior to the power purchase agreement to be entered between both Parties based on the Projects.

The Parties have not entered into the power purchase agreement as at the date of this announcement. The Parties are still in the midst of finalising the terms and conditions of the power purchase agreement, which is expected to be entered into in August 2024.

2. The expected date of completion of the Projects.

The Projects are expected to be completed within 2 years from the signing of the power purchase agreement.
