The Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Sunview Builders Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 June 2024 entered into a Form of Agreement (“Agreement”) with OKOP Solar EOOD for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a 20MW(ac) photovoltaic power plant in Bulgaria.
