The Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 June 2024 entered into a development and cooperation agreement (“Agreement”) with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to cooperate and collaborate on renewable energy and green energy in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan intends to cooperate with Fabulous Sunview to develop the following:

(a) a large scale solar photovoltaic plant of 400 MWac solar photovoltaic system together with 100MW/200MWh battery energy storage system (“BESS”) located in Andijan District, Republic of Uzbekistan; and

(b) a large scale solar photovoltaic plant of 200 MWac together with 50MW/100MWh BESS located in Fergana District, Republic of Uzbekistan.
