Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2023, 26 September 2023, 12 October 2023, 29 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 10 January 2024, 15 January 2024, 23 January 2024, 24 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 2 February 2024, 7 February 2024, 16 February 2024, 19 February 2024, 27 March 2024, 9 April 2024, 9 May 2024, 16 May 2024 and 17 May 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 23 May 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the sixth (6th) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.62 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0511 or approximately 7.61% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Sunview Shares up to and including 21 May 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.6711 per Sunview Share.
