The Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 May 2024 entered into a strategic business alliance agreement (“Agreement”) with LLC "Yashil Energiya" for the purpose of collaborating and exploring business opportunities based on respective business expertise in relation to propose future projects on renewable energy and/or green energy in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
