We refer to our announcements dated 5 January 2024, 9 January 2024, 8 February 2024, 27 February 2024, 1 March 2024, 15 March 2024, 18 March 2024, 25 March 2024, 5 April 2024, 19 April 2024 and 25 April 2024 in respect of the above Suit. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements.

The Board of the Company wishes to update that the Plaintiff had on 14 May 2024 served a copy of the Written Submissions dated 14 May 2024 and the Bundle of Authorities in respect of the Summary Judgment Application to the Defendant’s solicitor. The Case Management in respect of the said application is scheduled on 20 June 2024.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
