Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2023, 26 September 2023, 12 October 2023, 29 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 10 January 2024, 15 January 2024, 23 January 2024, 24 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 2 February 2024, 7 February 2024, 16 February 2024, 19 February 2024, 27 March 2024 and 9 April 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 9 May 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the fifth (5th) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.62 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0540 or approximately 8.01% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Sunview Shares up to and including 8 May 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.6740 per Sunview Share.
