The Board of Directors of Flexidynamic wishes to announce the following: 

1. M&A Securities Sdn. Bhd. ("M&A Securities") and Flexidynamic have mutally agreed to discontinue M&A Securities' role as Sponsor with effect from 29 March 2024; and

2. Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as the new Sponsor with effect from 30 March 2024.
