We refer to the announcement made on 21 March 2024 (“Announcement”) in relation to the notification on variation of the use of proceeds raised from the IPO.

(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the Announcement unless stated otherwise.) 

The Company wishes to furnish the following additional information for clarity prupose:-

1. The percentage of Variation in Section 4 of the Announcement

The Unutlised Public Issue Proceeds of RM2.226 million as compared to the total proceeds raised from the Public Issue of RM34.220 million represents a variation of 6.50%, which is less than 25% and does not constitute a material change to the utilisation of proceeds in accordance with Rule 8.24 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements. 

Hence, the Variation does not require the approval of any regulatory authorities or the shareholders of Sunview.
