Reference is made to the use of proceeds raised from the public issue (“Public Issue”) as disclosed in the Company’s prospectus dated 23 September 2022 ("Prospectus") that was issued in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 October 2022. The Company had raised a total gross proceeds of RM34.220 million from the Public Issue ("Public Issue Proceeds”). 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to approve to reallocate the unutitised Public Issue Proceeds to working capital for the financing of additional large-scale solar projects (“Variation").
