The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecoscience Manufacturing & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. had on 19 March 2024 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Wilhelmina for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a nominally 15 metric tonne/hour TG2 Black Pellet Plant in Kawasan Perindustrian Gebeng Fasa III, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang.
