On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunview, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that AIS had on behalf of the Company submitted an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia today to seek its approval for an extension of time of 6 months for the Company to implement the Proposed Special Issue and comply with the Bumiputera Equity Condition.
