Further to our announcement made on 2 January 2024 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Fabulous Sunview and Vision Ambassadors to cooperate and collaborate on renewable energy and/or green energy in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and other countries ("MOU"), the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to inform that there is no material development to the MOU since the last announcement. 

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any.
