The Board of Directors of Sunview (“Board”) wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 January 2024 entered into a Strategic Business Alliance Agreement (“Agreement”) with Kun Production Trading Export Co., Ltd (“Kun Production”) for the purpose of collaborating and exploring business opportunities based on their respective business expertise (“Collaboration”) in relation to propose future projects on renewable energy (“RE”) and/or green energy in Cambodia (“the Project”).
