Ecoscience International Berhad ("EIB" or the "Company") - Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim Served to RDS Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam bearing Suit No. BA-22NCvC-6-01/2024 (herein shall be referred to as "Suit")

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 5 January 2024 in respect of the above Suit.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no potential liability to the Group arising from the material litigation aside from the legal costs to be incurred, which could not be ascertained at this point.

Further to that, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that the above Suit has been fixed for case management via online (e-Review) on 7 February 2024.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
