The Board of Directors of Sunview (“Board”) wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 2 January 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Vision Ambassadors Company For International Trade Consultancy, LLC (“Vision Ambassadors”).

Please refer to the attachment for further details of the MOU.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development of the MOU in due course.
