FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF UP TO 187,000,000 FREE WARRANTS IN ECOSCIENCE INTERNATIONAL BERHAD ("ECOSCIENCE") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN ECOSCIENCE HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 18 DECEMBER 2023 ("FREE WARRANTS ISSUE")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 15 Dec 2023
2) The last date of lodgment : 18 Dec 2023

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of Ecoscience ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Ecoscience within 4 market days after the Entitlement Date.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
