We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2023, 11 April 2023, 27 April 2023, 11 May 2023, 22 August 2023, 23 August 2023, 18 September 2023, 19 September 2023, 9 October 2023, 11 October 2023, 25 October 2023 and 24 November 2023. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 22 August 2023 in relation to the Corporate Exercises shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that:

(i) the Board had on 29 November 2023 ("Price-Fixing Date") resolved to fix the exercise price for the Warrants at RM0.41 each ("Exercise Price"). The Exercise Price represents the 5D-VWAMP of Ecoscience Shares up to and including 28 November 2023, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.4050 per Share (rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places), without any discount or premium being accorded; and

(ii) the Company had on 29 November 2023 executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll").
