The Board of Directors of Ecoscience International Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 9 October 2023 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM held on Friday, 24 November 2023.


The results of the poll of the EGM of the Company were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
