On behalf of the Board of Directors of EMCC, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that EMCC proposes to establish an employees’ share option scheme (“ESOS”) which involves up to 10% of EMCC’s total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, if any, at any point in time during the duration of the ESOS for the eligible Directors and employees of EMCC and its subsidiaries (“Proposed ESOS”).
