We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2023, 11 April 2023, 27 April 2023, 11 May 2023, 22 August 2023, 23 August 2023 and 18 September 2023. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 22 August 2023 in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 September 2023, approved the listing and quotation of up to 34,000,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(i) Ecoscience and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) Ecoscience and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iii) Ecoscience to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
