We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2023, 11 April 2023 and 27 April 2023 pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that after taking into consideration the Company’s decision to implement the Proposed Free Warrants Issue in the third quarter of 2023, the Company has withdrawn the application for an extension of time of 3 months to submit the listing application in relation to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue today.
 

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) in relation to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue in the third quarter of 2023.
