We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2023 and 11 April 2023 pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the Company has withdrawn the listing application today in relation to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue as the Company has decided to defer the implementation of the said proposal to the third quarter of 2023.

In this respect, the Company has submitted an application today for an extension of time of 3 months to submit the listing application to Bursa Securities.
