The Board of Directors of Flexidynamic Holdings Berhad ("Flexidynamic") wishes to announce that Flexidynamic intends to seek the shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of  Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting.

The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
