On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ecoscience, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a free warrants issue of up to 170,000,000 free warrants in the Company (“Warrants”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in Ecoscience held by the entitled shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”).
