On behalf of Ecoscience, HLIB wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO:

(i) Level of subscription of public balloting and placement;
(ii) Basis of allotment / allocation;
(iii) Distribution for the placement tranche; and
(iv) Disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of Ecoscience arising from the IPO, if any.
