All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Ecoscience International Berhad dated 21 June 2022.

Applications for the IPO Shares will open at 10:00 a.m. on 21 June 2022 and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on 1 July 2022. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia, and make relevant announcement through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
