Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Flexidynamic wishes to announce that the Company has offered options to Eligible Persons (as defined in the By-Laws) under the ESOS, the details of which are as follows:

a) Date of offer: 13 December 2021

b) Exercise price of the options offered: RM0.28

c) Number of options offered: 15,013,300

d) Market price of Flexidynamic’s shares on the date of offer: RM0.33

e) Number of options offered to Directors of Flexidynamic: 

    Ms. Lion Suk Chin - 2,500,000 options
    Ms. Phang Sze Fui - 120,000 options
    Ms. Noor Zaliza Yati Binti Yahya - 100,000 options
    Mr. Chong Kai Feng - 100,000 options

f) Vesting period of options offered: 

   1 January 2022 - 20% of offered options
   1 January 2023 - 20% of offered options
   1 January 2024 - 20% of offered options
   1 January 2025 - 20% of offered options
   1 January 2026 - 20% of offered options
