Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 14 September 2021 shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the final copy of the By-Laws of the ESOS has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 1 November 2021. Accordingly, the effective date of implementation of the ESOS shall be 1 November 2021.
