WAU brings generative AI and Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration (“RAG”) capabilities directly into Wasco’s workflows, reducing manual effort, improving response times, and building a culture of data-driven decisionmaking across the Group. • Google Cloud Case Study Recognition – Wasco was recognised by Google Cloud in a published case study for its successful adoption of cloud and AI technologies to strengthen workplace safety management across 14 countries, reflecting the Group’s commitment to building digital capabilities that drive operational excellence and long-term value creation. • Industry 4.0 Production Analytics – Real-time pipe production analytics to proactively track production Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”), such as Overall Equipment Efficiency (“OEE”) that covers work quality, performance, and equipment downtime aspects. The system is now proven in a live setting, marking as the first phase to establish a strong data management foundation. • CARE Card AI System: Safety Outcomes – The CARE Card safety platform powered by GenAI and RAG moved from deployment to measurable results, with improved near-miss reporting rates, predictive risk flagging, and LTI improvement year-on-year across all major sites. • Infrastructure Modernisation and Cloud Migration – Migrated key enterprise applications to the Cloud to enhance reliability, performance, and security. This initiative also accelerated digital transformation and innovation by leveraging modern infrastructure and robust support capabilities. • Cybersecurity Enhancement and ISO27001 Certification – We believe innovation can be effectively accelerated with a strong governance framework. To support this, we established a Security Operations Center (“SOC”) and continuously enhanced our cybersecurity technologies to better safeguard our growing reliance on data. In addition, to promote safe and responsible technology use among end users, we pursued certification for the Information Security Management System (“ISMS”) under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, implementing 93 controls. • Document Work Flow (“DWF”) – A platform designed to automate processes and workflows. • Expanding WAU Across the Group – Building on the 2025 launch, WAU will be expanded in 2026 to cover additional use cases including AI-assisted tender preparation, contract risk analysis, supply chain optimisation, and others deepening the productivity and decision-quality benefits across all three operating divisions. • AI-Driven Sustainability Platform: International Sustainability Standards Board (“ISSB”)-Aligned Reporting – The Sustainability Dashboard will be upgraded in 2026 to support ISSB-aligned disclosure, incorporating Scope 3 emissions tracking and supply chain sustainability metrics. This will enable Wasco to meet the growing expectations of institutional investors, clients, and regulators for standardised, auditable sustainability data. • Continuous Enhancement on Industry 4.0 Production Analytics – Expanding to more use cases and KPIs to further increase visibility with intelligence embedded in the platform. • DWF – Proceeding to the next phase of citizen development to accelerate the automation of more processes across the Group. 2025 Progress Moving Forward Our 2024 digital priorities production analytics, AI-driven safety, Robotic Process Automation, and ESG monitoring moved from deployment into operational impact in 2025. The year also brought two significant new launches: the WAU, our enterprise AI platform, and a unified Sustainability Dashboard both of which mark a step-change in how the Group harnesses data and technology to drive performance. Equally important, the Group continued to advance its digitalisation agenda while strengthening its cybersecurity foundations, reinforcing our approach to cyber resilience through enhanced governance frameworks, strengthened controls, and implementation of internationally recognised standards including ISO 27001:2022.
