This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to cultivate a safety culture within the Group, develop safe behaviours and practices, and manage risks effectively. Ultimately, we aim to have our employees to be implanted with a strong safety mindset, enabling us to reduce workplace injuries while maintaining zero (0) workplace fatalities. Life-Saving Rules In response to our analysis of past safety-related incidents, we introduced a Life-Saving Rules in FY2022 as a set of essential behavioural safety rules, intended to provide constant reminders to employees of the measures to safeguard their own safety. We meticulously examined the factors that contributed to the most significant safety incidents and classified these incidents into different categories (i.e. man, material, machine, method, biological hazard, non-work related, or psychological). Of these categories, we placed particular focus on man and method accidents as they are the most pertinent across our Group.
