The 1st Award of ESOS Option, totalling 6,100,000, was issued on 1 June 2022 at an exercise price of RM1.10 per option to the Eligible Persons, expiring on 31 May 2024. Out of the total of the 1st Award, 3,500,000 options were granted to the Directors of the Company. The 2nd Award of ESOS Option, totalling 11,900,000, was issued on 2 January 2024 with an exercise price of RM0.80 per option to Eligible Persons for a 3-year period and will expire on 1 January 2027. Out of this total, 7,600,000 options were granted to the Directors of the Company. None of the ESOS has been exercised since the implementation of the ESOS until the end of the financial year.
