Remuneration In demonstrating its commitment to fair and competitive remuneration, ENRA consistently adheres to local minimum salary recommendations within the Group. A dedicated effort is made to ensure fairness and equity in compensating and rewarding employees, considering key factors such as position, tenure, and skills, without regard to race, ethnicity, or gender. Furthermore, the Group remains resolute in aligning employee compensation with market rates for their roles, experience, and performance. Continuous benchmarking against industry peers is undertaken to sustain and enhance competitive pay levels. The processing of employees’ remuneration is managed by the Human Capital Department through the internal Ignite Software by BoardRoom. Noteworthy in the pursuit of workplace gender equality, the Group actively demonstrates a dedication to achieving fair pay parity between women and men across all employee categories.
