AUDITORS The auditors, BDO PLT (LLP0018825-LCA & AF 0206), have expressed their willingness to continue in office. The details of auditors’ remuneration of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 March 2019 are disclosed in Note 31 to the financial statements. BDO PLT (LLP0018825-LCA & AF 0206) was registered on 2 January 2019 and with effect from that date, BDO (AF 0206), a conventional partnership was converted to a limited liability partnership.
