DIVIDENDS (CONTINUED) The Directors have proposed a single tier second interim dividend of 4.22 sen per ordinary shares totalling RM95,645,000 for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. The financial statement for the current financial year ended 31 December 2023 do not reflect this single-tier second interim dividend.
