Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) 2022-2025 Bank Islam OACP 2022-2025 was formulated in March 2022 to enhance governance, integrity and anti-corruption controls serving as a testament to Bank Islam’s unwavering commitment to the highest standards of honesty and transparent business practices. This effort aligns with the National Anti-Corruption Plan 2019-2023 (NACP), inaugurated by Prime Minister on 29 January 2019. The OACP serves as an organisational anti-corruption framework aimed at addressing corruption issues effectively. This plan is constantly reviewed and updated according to the Bank’s changes and organisation strategic requirements. The OACP covers four (4) main priority areas, namely Business, Branch Operations, Administration & Support and Governance. Through the implementation of OACP, it will reduce instances of integrity and corruption-related misconduct, fostering a workplace culture centred on teamwork, unity, moral principles, and ethical conduct.
