CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OVERVIEW STATEMENT Directors’ Remuneration BIMB’s remuneration structure for Directors which is aligned with our strategic objectives, allows us to attract, motivate and retain high calibre talent. The design of our fees architecture complies with regulatory requirements, and embraces market practices and trends. The Board has established a formal and transparent Directors’ Remuneration Framework which comprises directors’ fees, sitting fees and benefits-in-kind. A review of the Directors’ remuneration is carried out every three (3) years to ensure that it remains relevant and competitive with the industry. During the period under review, there was no revision to the Directors’ remuneration of BIMB.
