The remuneration structure takes into consideration the relevant factors which include the function, workload, ɨljɰɥɁȶɰȈƹȈȢȈɽȈljɰ ƃȶǁ ɽȈȴlj ɰɥljȶɽ ǹɁɨ ɽȃlj ɥɨljɥƃɨƃɽȈɁȶ Ɂǹ ɽȃlj ČČ: ȴljljɽȈȶǼɰӝ ȃȈǼȃljɨ ɨƃɽlj ӯɥɨljȴȈʍȴӰ Ȉɰ ǼȈʤljȶ ɽɁ ɽȃlj :ȃƃȈɨȴƃȶ of the SSC in view of his additional role in guiding and managing the SSC.
