The earliest period any of the financial guarantees can be called upon by banks is within the next 12 months. The Company believes that the liquidity risk in respect of the financial guarantees is minimal as it is unlikely that the subsidiaries will not make payment to the banks when due. 43. Segment information For management purposes, the Group is organised into business units based on their products and services, and has the following reportable operating segments as follows: (i) Offshore Production & Offshore Marine - This segment comprises provision of vessels and marine related services. (ii) Other operations - This segment comprises investment, management services and treasury services. (iii) Renewables - This segment consists of owning and operating renewable energy generation assets.
